We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Our products are oversized and if desired, they are also cropped.
Shipping
We currently ship to Europe, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Turkey.
We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM CEST will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a
label has been created, depending on the carrier.
Delivery times depends on the country of origin of the order.
Below is a list of average transit times by province for standard shipping. Please note that these do not include processing times, which take 1-3 business days, or longer in times of high order volume.
- Europe: 1-5 business days
- US: 9-13 business days
- Canada: 11-13 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-7 business days
- Switzerland: 5-7 business days
- Norway: 5-7 business days
- Turkey: 7-9 business days
We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
We use DHL as major carrier.
The shipping costs are fully covered by us, regardless of the country of origin of the order.
Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the receipt of the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return request is accepted, depending on the origin of the shipment, there will be two options:
- Return for shipments from European countries: We will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to return the package.
- Return for shipments from other countries (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland,
Norway, and Turkey): After providing instructions on how and where to send the package, the customer will be responsible for organizing the return shipment, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
In both cases, items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We offer free returns for returns from European countries.
For other countries, such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Turkey, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at info@lapiscinethelabel.com with
your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
