Shipping policy

We currently ship to Europe, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. 

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM CEST will ship the same day. However, sometimes it can take longer, so please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notication and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier. 

Delivery times depends on the country of origin of the order. 

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times. 

The shipping costs are fully covered by us, regardless of the country of origin of the order. For all the countries duties, taxes or vat are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need topay duties or clearance on any shipments.

Attualmente eettuiamo spedizioni in Europa, Stati Uniti, Canada, Regno Unito, Svizzera e Norvegia. 

Elaboriamo e spediamo gli ordini dal lunedì al venerdì, esclusi i giorni festivi. La maggior parte degli ordini eettuati prima delle 12:00 CEST verranno spediti lo stesso giorno. Tuttavia, a volte può richiedere più tempo, quindi ti chiediamo di considerare no a 2-3 giorni lavorativi per l'elaborazione dell'ordine prima della spedizione. Il tuo ordine potrebbe richiedere più tempo per essere spedito se stiamo gestendo un volume elevato di ordini. Riceverai una notica con il numero di tracciamento via email non appena il numero di tracciamento sarà stato creato.
Potrebbero essere necessarie alcune ore anché il tracciamento mostri gli aggiornamenti dopo che l'etichetta è stata creata, a seconda del corriere. 

I tempi di consegna dipendono dal paese di origine dell'ordine. 

Non siamo responsabili per eventuali ritardi nei tempi di transito del corriere. 

I costi di spedizione sono completamente coperti da noi, indipendentemente dal paese di origine dell'ordine. Per tutti i paesi, dazi, tasse o IVA sono inclusi nel costo della spedizione: non dovrai pagare dazi o spese doganali su nessuna spedizione.
